Apple Ipad Air

 

                 When apple came out with a smaller ipad last year it seems to be heavy and bulk ,and Ipad MINI made easy to carry in pockets and bags , and it felt more comfortable in our hands. It was also cheaper tan the full size version . The release of the new ipad air , along with the increase of price of the ipad mini model, narrows those distinctions.

                  At just 1 pound, the Air is 28% lighter than last fall's full-size model and just a quarter pound heavier than the new Mini coming out in a few weeks. The size of the screen is the same as last year, at 9.7 inches diagonally, but Apple managed to shave the iPad's frame so that the tablet is narrower by nearly three-quarters of an inch when held vertically. Overall volume is reduced by 24%. The starting price remains at $499.

Apple says it has been working on this engineering feat on the side for years, even as it released bulkier models. To make the iPad Air 20% thinner, Apple shrunk just about every layer: the front glass, the  touch sensor, the display, the battery and the aluminum back. Apple says it kept the device durable without unnecessary materials.
   There is a 24% reduction in battery capacity to get the iPad slimmer, but Apple says it's able to keep battery life the same at about 10 hours for Wi-Fi web surfing. That's because the A7 is more efficient at using power. In my tests, I actually got more out of the iPad Air: 14 hours of  iTunes video, compared with 12 hours on last fall's model

I didn't get to spend as much time with the new iPad Mini, but I can say this: The new display is gorgeous. Text appears the way it would on paper, not dull and fuzzy as can be the case on lower-resolution screens. The new Mini  sports four times the number of pixels as last year's Mini and shares many of the Air's improvements, including the A7 and M7 processors, the dual Wi-Fi antennas and the two microphones. The Mini's size remains at 7.9-inch.

upcoming version of Samsung ,Galaxy S Duos 2

 

                       The successor to Samsung Galaxy s Duos is Galaxy S Duos 2 , it seems to be on the way but the Samsung has not announced Officially. Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 runs on a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and packs a 4GB of internal storage and a 768MB of RAM . This dual sim devise ha 4.0 inch WVGA display. Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 will come with an android version of 4.2(jellybean) operating system out of the box. The phone has a 5MP rear camera and a VGA camera at the front. The battery is 1500mAH battery same as the earlier version.

             From the specs there doesn't appear much difference between Galaxy S Duos and Galaxy S Duos 2  except the upgraded processor and the operating system. Tough the pricing details are not available in India. According to a Mumbai-based retailer Manish Khatri, Galaxy S Duos 2 will sort an MRP of Rs:11,230 and the best buy of Rs:10990.

                     Samsung has made galaxy grand 2 to follow up its Galaxy Grand Duos smart phone , officially. The handset has a bigger high definition screen, faster processor and more RAM compared to its predecessor. The smart phone is powered by a powerful Android OS (jellybean) and dual-sim functionality.


                    The all new Galaxy Grand 2 has an 5.2 inch HD screen and 1.2GHz quad-core processor. It comes with an inbuilt of 8gb memory and expandable up to 64gb through microsd support. It has a 1.5gb RAM , and at the back it has 8MP camera with LED flashlight and at front it has 1.9MP sport camera. Its connectivity suit includes 2G,3G,WIFI,Bluetooth 4.0 and micro USB 2.0.It is powered by a 2,600mHA battery and company claims it can provide talk time for 17hours.The phone will be available in white , black and pink colors. The price has not yet fixed by the company.

Amazon has launched kindle fire HD and fire 8.9 tablets in India very recently , both these amazon kindle fire versions work on the android version 4.0(ice cream sandwich) with no access of  Google play store . Instead they can access apps , movies and songs from amazon app store , and books from kindle store . These two tablets can access internet from wifi , but sadly mobile connectivity is not present.

                  The other connectivity's of Amazon kindle fire versions are Bluetooth 4.0 and USB 2.0 .kindle fire HD has 7.0 inch IPS touch screen with 1.2 ghz dual core processor, 1.3 MP primary camera and no microsd support in it. The 16gb variant is at a price of 16,999 and the 32gb variant can be purchased at 18,999.
